Summary: no pool !!no gym!! could not get the wi-fi to work front desk tried to help but just gave up wasn't a problem with just my phone my wife had same problem with her phone the continental breakfast was just okay bagels were awful. How Hilton could put their name on this new more budget brand was expecting something better with the Hilton name though I understand it was a cheaper version of Hilton I mean no gym no pool no wi-fi sill was $250 a night is unacceptable !!! Definitely better value at other hotel chains.

Summary: This hotel leaves a lot to be desired…it has only been open 2 weeks. The staff were trying to make amends for all the problems we had. First off, check-in was 3pm. Our room was not ready until after 4pm. Dawn, the front desk clerk, gave us a goodie bag of chips & water for being patient. Our room was clean & neat, but no extra amenities. No alarm clock on night stand, no comfortable seating & no microwave, no plastic liner bags in the trash cans. I did get one from the front desk. Then after we settled in, there was loud squeaking from the upstairs room, people walking around & constant heavy footsteps from the people above. Plus, our room was on the end, next to the stairs to upper levels. They creaked loudly also. We had just come from a full EconoLodge in Cadillac, where we heard no noise from anyone around us in the surrounding rooms. All the creaking woke my husband up at night. Then the WIFI… it was practically non-existent. We had to sign into the hotel lobby’s insecure line to get any. The room door dead bolt kept popping out when the handle was pushed down to open the door. We were constantly playing with it to get the dead bolt to stay in, unless we needed it before we went to sleep. Then our second day, all the fire alarms in all the rooms went off for no apparent reason. It was one thing after another. I will not recommend anyone staying there until all the problems are fixed. They also ned a better breakfast menu. No protein unless you were lucky to get a yogurt.

Summary: First room smelled of mildew. Second room, toilet handle was broken, it was fixed but ran all night. Pillows were so thin I needed 3 to sleep on. Paid $800 for 2 nights for a $200 hotel.

Summary: First room I was given (room 130) had a very strong "wet dog" odor. It was so repulsive, I had to request a different room. I was then given room 113 but noticed the check-in manager went to check the room first, then returned with a big fan (the kind they use to dry wet floors). I asked about it and she stated that the refrigerator in that room had "over-defrosted" (whatever that means) and wet the carpet but that it was dry now. When I entered, it basically smelled the same as room 130 (wet dog/ wet carpet odor). I just gave up trying and stayed in 113, but it'll be the last time I stay at this location.
